Whittaker & Biggs operate one of the busiest and most successful auctions in the North West.

Our fortnightly two day auctions comprise 1200 - 1500 lots on average with stock being acquired from a variety of sources including national house clearances, customers individual items, valued collections etc. We attract buyers from across the globe with all our auctions broadcast through Easyliveauction.com. 

Our General Auction including Antiques & Collectables consist of a fascinating and diverse mix of furniture, art, books, ceramic and glassware, jewellery, watches, electrical items, music, hi-fi equipment and more. Catalogues are available on the Wednesday evening prior to the auction, and we are open for viewings on the Thursday before the sale, from 12 - 5pm. Our auctions are open to the public for in-room bidding, with doors opening on auction day from 8:45am, and the auction beginning at 9:00am. Our staff are available to help you with loading any items that you've won.
