For smaller items, we offer in house postage and packaging using Royal Mail. Please email email@example.com for a quote or request a quote via easyliveauction.com, which once accepted we will add to your final invoice. Please note, we do not offer postage and packaging for ceramics and glassware. All items are posted within 10 days following the auction and are posted using Royal Mail Tracked and we can add the Tracking information to your invoice. All invoices require full payment before your items are sent.
For larger items such as furniture, please call our office on 01260 279858 for details of our various trusted couriers who will be able to provide you with a direct quote. Please note that this is not an in house delivery service and you will not be covered by our insurance, please discuss with our partnered couriers their insurance policies for further details.

ALL goods MUST be paid for and collected by Tuesday 5PM following the auction. We reserve the right to take the funds using the card on file on Easy Live if payment isn't received by Tuesday 5:00PM. Any lots not collected or arranged for delivery will be entered into our following auction under the buyers account without notice and with no reserve unless agreed otherwise.
